Buyers Training Program.
- The purpose of this program is to help households
prepare to purchase their first home. The program include
developing budgets, evaluating credit rating, the hazards
of predatory lending, determining how much they can
afford, and developing a plan for home purchase.
Attendees will be provided a copy of their credit report.
- Cost of the program is $25 per household which
includes one set of training materials.
- Training includes 2 four hour sessions usually
conducted on two Saturday mornings each month. Class
size is limited to 5 registered households. Couples are
encouraged to attend.
